Goodwin Room
The Goodwin Lounge situated at ground level is ideal for all functions including Weddings and 21st Birthdays. You may also use the outdoor viewing area with a stunning view of the course and Mt Hutt. Suitable for groups of up to 300 people, facilities include a full kitchen area and an adjunct 'Julies' Room, which can hold groups of between 20- 40 people.
The cost to hire the Goodwin Lounge is $500.00 + GST plus $500 bond (refundable).
Julie's Room can be hired as a stand alone room for $50.00 + GST
Stewards area
The upstairs Stewards area has bar facilities and can be used throughout the year for groups of between 50 - 70 people.
The cost to hire the Stewards is $500.00 + GST plus $500 bond (refundable).
Mt Hutt Lounge
The Mt Hutt Lounge situated at ground level also has bar facilities available and opens out onto an area where BBQ’s can be utilized.
This facility can hold up to 100 people.
The cost to hire the Mt Hutt Lounge is $500.00 + GST plus $500 bond (refundable)
The above areas are fully utilized during race days.
They are available for hire on all other days of the year.
